Welcome to Asian Association for Foundation of Software (AAFS)

Asian Association for Foundation of  Software (AAFS) is an association to promote Asia-based research in the foundation of software. The scope of interest  includes the following:

•  theory and practice of programming

•  formal methods and verification

•  design and development of software systems

•  logic and computation models

•  computation theory

To achieve its objective,  AAFS plans to undertake the following activities:

• provide forums through archival journal publication and supporting conferences

• stimulate the exchange of ideas and cooperation between researchers, and encourage exploring new  scientific  areas in its scope

• stimulate the application of research results in industry.

• promote cooperation with related organizations such as  JSSST Sigs, KISS Sigs, EAPLS, ACM SIGPLAN,  etc.
